We documented condition and materials before touching anything.
CLEANING
Material-appropriate cleaning is underway — uppers, midsoles, outsoles, laces.
SPECIALTY TREATMENT
Targeted work on materials or finish that needs more than a standard clean.
DRYING
Cleaning is complete. Your sneakers are currently drying before final QC.
QUALITY CHECK
We're going over every panel before we call it done.
READY
Cleaned, detailed and ready to go back in rotation.
RETURNED
Returned to you. Thanks for trusting DSS.
DC pickup
Give us an address and a window. We collect your pair and return it when it's ready.
Drop-off
By appointment in Washington, D.C. Exact instructions come with your confirmation.
Mail-in
Outside DC? Ship them to us. You cover shipping to DSS; return shipping is added to your order.
